Minimum charge of $105 will apply per job
Urine treatment – Extra $25 per room
Heavily soiled carpets will incur an additional cost of $10 per room
Furniture will not be removed or moved when cleaning. Please be kind enough to remove as much furniture as possible if required
If free parking is unavailable, the parking charges will apply
If there is no lift access and the equipment is to be carried up stairs, an extra charge of $10 per flight of stairs will apply
Please note that there are some stains which are not removable.
